- Working with management on planning and delivering the recruitment strategy for the London office
- Dealing with recruitment agencies and job boards
- Proactive use of social media (Linkedin) for recruitment
- Coordinating the administration of all employee communications i.e. Contracts and offers of employment, all reference letters
- Setting up and updating personnel records including HRIS system and updating org charts
- Managing the monthly HR interaction to payroll
- Managing the Work Permit process, interacting with global colleagues
- Monthly Management Reporting, and ad hoc corporate reporting
- Managing and driving Employee initiatives
- Coordinate and monitor probationary periods
- New starter meetings; meet with new employees to review contracts, benefits and general policies.
- Monitoring and Dealing with employee performance annul reviews and any performance related issues
- Assist management in dealing with general HR and related queries, including employee questions and general management advice
- Tracking and Managing sick leave and overtime
- Onboarding and management of the reward and benefit schemes
