We are seeking an exceptional Application Analyst to join our Technology and Innovations team and be responsible for the delivery, operation and support of all our business systems.
As an application analyst you will look to maximise the use of the product by demonstrating professionalism, skill and expertise that adds long-term value to Harvey Nichols businesses, encouraging strategic solutions that both add to revenue and ensure the highest level of customer service possible. You will have a broad understanding of retail technologies and the retail environment. You will support the entire user community across 8+sites and will work within a team 8+ people and much larger expended team.
