You will be responsible for handling all customer enquiries by email and phone and utilising specialist systems in order to process and resolve customer issues.
The successful Customer Service Advisor will ideally have:
·Customer Services experience
·Strong written and verbal English
·Experience with Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word etc..)
·Experience with high volume work loads
·Calm under pressure
