• Operate plant as required to ensure production plan is met.
• Carry out other tasks and duties as and when required by Charge hand/Shift Manager.
• Act in accordance to Charge hand instructions to meet the production plan. Exhibits pro-active approaches in managing own/peers workload.
• Exhibit a pro-active approach in co-ordinating with other departments as required in order to ensure timely resolution of process problems.
• Exhibit a pro-active approach in communicating and/or working with peers, superiors and support functions.
• Work with the Charge hand to produce development action plan.
• Seek and identifies potential process improvements both operational and capital.
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Develop and updates standard operating procedures.
• Perform stock transactions including outputs, yields, returns, label issuance etc.
