“Commentary comes from within,” Semmler states. “You feel like this is how you want to do this work. Obviously there is going to be a lot of fine tuning there is going to be a lot of thought put into it but it is still coming from you…”
Semmler got his start in commentary as a shoutcaster for 3v3 arena game Bloodline Champions and then started landing positions where he could do more mainstream esports such as StarCraft and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. The experience Semmler has is vast, so much so that he has been a stage host, reporter, and interviewer for the better part of 5 years.
