This weekend, the YWCA will host a health, beauty, and wellness expo on Saturday afternoon at its downtown Wheeling/Chapline Street location.
The focus of this expo will be interracial and bi-racial hair and skin care.
Representatives with the YMCA say they found a lot of people interested in the issue as more cultures blend and co-exist.
"We feel like this is a completely underserved population, and we kinda feel like folks are in these positions, and it's sink or swim, so we want to provide help in that area,” said Ron Scott Jr. of the YWCA.
There will be different vendors at the event selling products, giving advice and tips.
