Hello,
Manage/Support the efficient and timely management of the GPS ER Intake and Triage to support all EMEA ER related case referrals and GPS ER policy and process governance/control;
Support the GPS ER team in the preparation for and the management and dispositioning of ER cases i.e. assist with the scheduling of meetings; preparation and delivery of the necessary documentation, note taking etc;
HR Supervision (create AK cases);
Provide advice and guidance to managers as appropriate;
Support GPS ER implementation;
Maintenance/updates of GPS Knowledge resources (Sharepoint, SOPs, Shared drive etc.;
Assist with preparation of GPS ER Training material;
Co-ordination of meetings, training sessions, records;
Support GPS ER with RCSA and audit activities;
