This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) under the National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD), Office of Biometric and Identity Management (OBIM), Corporate Support Branch. In this position, you will:

-Coordinate office alterations, modifications, repair projects, telephone work, furnishings and equipment requirements, and other associated services.

-Ensure all offices receive the services to which they are entitled, including structural maintenance, appropriate repairs and improvements, telephone work, furnishing equipment requirements, and other associated services.

-Provide outstanding customer service in the areas of security requests, personal property management, building and equipment maintenance, and logistics.

-Provide logistics, verification, badging for visitors, mail distribution, logging incoming deliveries from UPS, Fed Ex and other couriers.

-Assist in managing audio visual system operations and conference room furniture layouts for meetings.
