We need a passionate brewer to join our passionate team. This head brewer role is a great opportunity in a rapidly growing and very unique company. The role will entail leading a team responsible for both the large scale, consistent, high quality production of our core range of meads as well as running our recipe development project too.
Our current Head Brewer, Tom will be leaving in February 2018 to go back to NZ - as such there will be a 6 month period of overlap allowing plenty of time for successful applicants to transition into the role.
This role would be great for an experienced brewer who wants to make their own mark on a growing brand in a growing industry. It would also be good for an experienced assistant brewer looking for the next step up. We’ve got a lot of exciting plans for this year and next and this role will be integral to our growth.
