The successful Application Support Engineer - (Linux Sysadmin / SQL / Scripting) Engineer will be an expert troubleshooter within the SaaS / Software-as-a-Service environment, demonstrating extensive knowledge of Linux & Windows based systems coupled with the ability to provide technical software support to demanding customers (UK & European based) remotely via a busy IT service desk - therefore the ability to remain calm under pressure whilst maintaining outstanding communication and customer service skills are essential for this role.
