Hey guys!,A 1st Line IT Service Desk Support Analyst Required with 3 months+ experience on a Service Desk in Kidlington supporting Microsoft Windows XP/7/8.1, Microsoft Office and any service management system is required by my client based in Kidlington.
You must have good troubleshooting and analytical skills and have previous IT Service desk/Helpdesk experience. My client are currently developing and providing a suite of web applications and platforms to a high profile blue chip client base. As an IT Analyst your role will be split across three key areas, IT Support (40%), Testing (50%) and Data (10%). You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support as well as testing the latest release of the software solutions.
