The purpose of the role is to work in a busy office environment with the recruitment teams to ensure all expression of interest in the programme which are completed by young people at recruitment events are inputted onto our CRM system. This must be in an accurately and timely manner, ensuring you meet the minimum standards set by the Regional Recruitment Manager for quality when inputting. You will also support with all relevant validation work that needs to be completed across the CRM system to ensure our data is of highest quality.

Day to day use of The Trust CRM system

Transfer information that is on a paper to CRM

Update and maintain information held on CRM when required

Work on a caseload of daily set by the Regional Recruitment Manager

Scanning of paper and assembly cover sheets

Liaise with operation teams to request clarity on information when required

Adhere to all data protection polices and working practices
