Changes for OSRS Twisted bow
The formula for the accuracy and the damage adjustment value of the Twisted bow has been improved to better handle NPCs with unusually high magic properties.Twisted bow accuracy and damage modifiers work by viewing NPC's magic statistics. If it has a magic stats between 0-350, the bow to the end of 350 becomes better and better. However, for NPCs with more than 350 magic stats, this data appears in the assault of large teams and this situation tends to get worse. Instead, this change means that the bow will now behave as if the NPC had 350 magic stats, even though it is actually higher than that.

This change will instead mean the bow will now act like the NPC has Magic stats of 350, even if it is actually higher than that.
