Darkmeyer Release Date: June 4th
The recent official news post has revealed the capital of the vampyres and home of Castle Drakan, Darkmeyer OSRS, will be released on June 4th, 2020. The Sins of the Father quest will also be released with this update.
Contents of Darkmeyer & Sins of the Father
Darkmeyer is the capital city of Morytania located in the Sanguinesti region, north of Meiyerditch.Completion of the Sins of the Father quest will grant access to the vampyre capital, Darkmeyer.
You will enjoy the following new contents with the Darkmeyer update:
1. Sins of the Father
Sins of the Father is the fifth instalment in the Myreque storyline. In this quest, you will need to help the Myreque investigate some strange goings on in Morytania whilst also preparing for return of Lord Lowerniel Drakan himself.Completion of the quest will grant access to the vampyre capital, Darkmeyer.
2. Hallowed Sepulchre
OSRS Hallowed Sepulchre is an upcoming Agility activity set in an ancient Saradominist burial ground of the city Hallowvale located beneath Darkmeyer available to players with level 52 Agility. There will be a new loot table, and you will have a chance of obtaining OSRS Hallowed Mark.
3. Daeyalt Essence Mine
There will be a Daeyalt Essence Mine in Darkmeyer, allowing you to mine raw daeyalt with at least 75 Mining. Daeyalt essence can be used anywhere that pure essence can, which offers 50% more Runecraft XP.
