First things first: Crackdown 2 was a disappointment. That's a popular opinion, and with good reason. There was so much promise in the open-world playground of Crackdown that the inability to capitalize on that promise for the sequel could only be disappointing. While we don't know much about Crackdown at this point, it's been so long since the second game that I find it hard to believe that Microsoft would make the same mistakes again. Early glimpses of the game seem to prove that, enough so that I'm definitely excited to see the final product later this year.Tony "OUberLord" Mitera: If nothing else, the original Crackdown showed me that I would totally use superpowers for dubious purposes. Running up skyscrapers is a neat trick, but I just wanted to use excessive force against basically harmless mooks and improvise an armored vehicle by putting a flipped dumpster on a small car. I'm hopeful that the world of the new Crackdown will allow for that same level of Runescape player flexibility, and I'm even more hopeful that I'll be able to coerce a friend to tag along in co-op.Rainier Van Autrijve: It has been five years since the last Crackdown title, and fans have been clamoring for the next outing ever since. The second title was done by a different developer and wasn't as good as the original, but now that the dust has settled, Crackdown is back, though details remain very limited. We know Realtime Worlds' Dave Jones, who's also the original creator of Grand Theft Auto, is back on board in a certain capacity, but it's not known who exactly is developing the game. It's the third title in the series but is more a follow-up to the first title, skipping the somewhat disappointing Crackdown 2. We expect more details at E3 2015, but if the developers are set on re-creating the fun of the original Crackdown, we should all look forward to this new installment. This is it. The big one. Persona 5 is the latest installment in the long running Persona series.Dustin Chadwell: I can't imagine making a top 5 RPG list that doesn't include Persona 4. Of course, Persona 5 is high on my list of anticipated Runescape games for 2015. Considering it will also be released on current-gen consoles, I'm pretty excited to spend time with it later RS 3 Gold this year  and by "time," I mean 100-plus hours, but when it comes to Persona, that's not a bad thing.Chris DeAngelus: A long time coming and utterly shrouded in mystery, Persona 5 is the latest in Atlus's long-running JRPG subfranchise. What little we know about the game involves the themes of enslavement and emancipation. The short preview video confirms it won't deviate much from the franchise's modern roots, with a Tokyo-like city being the central location and a high school student being the protagonist. Unfortunately, that's about all we know, but after the high quality of the previous Persona titles, it's easy to get excited about what Atlus is cooking up.Brian Dumlao: All of the hype around this title comes from pedigree.
