Requirement: In order to fight the Skotizo, combat level: 321 and Hitpoints: 450 are runescape 2007 gold required. In order to access its lair, a dark totem used on the altar is needed. One dark totem persists for only one attempt.
Fight Mechanics: In order to do full damage to Skotizo, you must disable the Awakened Altars found in the corners of the lair; the Arclight will instantly disable them. While out of melee distance, it will only use magic attacks, so you are recommended to gain protect from Magic. Once it reaches half of its health, it may chant Gar mulno ful taglo!, which will summon three reanimated demon spawns. Just ignore them and go on attacking Skotizo while praying protection from Melee. It may also summon a Dark Ankou, which should be ignored as well. What you have to mention is that the lair is instanced. You should do not bring any items you are unwilling to lose.
