To provide high quality and responsive customer facing desktop support (1st line)
Resolve routine IT equipment issues and deliver Change Requests as assigned
Commission and decommission computer assets using predefined procedures; g. printers, pc's, memory sticks, office moves, etc
Perform backups as required, resolving issues using existing procedures and escalating unresolved issues to secondary support
Process Network Account changes for Starters, Leavers and Movers
Demonstrate approved IT fixes/workarounds to End Users
Provide IT administration support as required for the smooth functioning of the IT department; e.g. maintenance of the various IT registers (e.g. asset register, backup register, etc), stock level register, raising requisitions, IT web page, etc
Provide support to IT projects as required
Provide written reports as required
